2 books finished in 2 weeks. My goal is to read a book a week this year even though I am in school I made good grades in the past and still managed to get in more than 10 hours of TV a week so I think I can squeeze in some reading to enhance my life a bit. The first 2 books I have read are:
The Generosity Ladder by Nelson Searcy
Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto by Mark Levin
The next book I have lined up is a book that I waited for, for a long time. It is called the Trust Factor and it is by a man I look up to very much, Theodore Boone. Theodore is a man that I look up to and always has a word of wisdom and guidance. I had started reading it a while back but I lost focus and I didn't finish it so I'm going to start over and get going on it. After that I have some decisions to make. I have a couple of books that are potential reads for this year. One is Rick Warren's Bible Study Methods, and the other is The Personal Handbook On Prayer edited by Dr. James Wilhoit. There are a few others that could potentially come up next but those 2 seem to be likely.
Prayed for the little ones at church today. I see the potential in these babies and I see their bright eyes and I thank God that I have the opportunity to speak to God on their behalf. They are precious and I know God has a plan for each of them. I pray that they find the door that opens to their destiny. It is not always easy to find and I pray for clear direction for them I hope every day for that. God will see them through.
